1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ONFIVEE ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a service operated by ONFIVEE based in Tanzania. ONFIVE connects students, graduates, and job seekers with institutions, companies, and organizations offering Field Attachment, Internship, Volunteer, and Employment opportunities.

By creating an account, accessing, or using ONFIVE — whether through our website or our mobile application (including via Google Play) — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• User — any person who registers or uses the Platform, including students, graduates, and institutions.
• Student / Applicant — an individual seeking opportunities (student, graduate, or job seeker).
• Institution — a company, university, college, NGO, or government body posting opportunities.
• Opportunity — any listing for Field Attachment, Internship, Volunteer, or Employment.
• Payment Gateway — the third-party processor used to collect payments on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including when signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One person or institution may not maintain multiple fraudulent accounts.

4. The Service

ONFIVE is a marketplace and trust platform. We connect Applicants with Institutions. We do not employ Applicants, and we are not a party to any employment, internship, attachment, or volunteer agreement formed between an Applicant and an Institution. We do not guarantee that any application will result in a placement, payment, or job offer.

5. Fees & Payments

Registration and browsing on ONFIVE are free. Certain actions require a service fee, which is shown to you clearly before you pay:

• Field Attachment, Volunteer, and Unpaid Internship applications — free.
• Paid Internship applications — a small service fee per application.
• Employment applications — a service fee per application (this ensures only genuine applicants apply).
• SMS / WhatsApp alert subscriptions — an optional recurring fee.

All fees are stated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees may change; the fee shown at the time of your transaction is the fee that applies.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments on ONFIVE are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of that payment processor. We do not store your full card or mobile-money credentials on our servers; sensitive payment data is handled directly by the gateway under their security standards.

You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Refunds

• Service fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been successfully submitted, because the service (submitting your application through the Platform) has been delivered.
• If you are charged due to a technical error (e.g. a double charge, or a payment taken for an application that was not submitted), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund eligible amounts.
• Subscription fees may be cancelled for future billing periods but are not refundable for the current period already started.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content or opportunities.
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to bypass fees, hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or institution.

9. Institution Obligations

• Institutions must be verified by ONFIVE Admin before posting opportunities.
• Opportunities posted must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described (including pay, allowances, and location).
• Institutions must treat Applicants fairly and must not request unlawful payments directly from Applicants outside the Platform.

10. Trust & Reviews

ONFIVE operates a trust and reputation system. Supervisors may leave reviews about Applicants, and these may appear on a user's profile. Reviews must be honest and fair. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, and software are owned by ONFIVEE its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Content you submit (such as your profile) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it as needed to operate the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that opportunities are accurate, that placements will occur, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any Applicant or Institution.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONFIVEE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

16. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
