Employer verification on ONFIVEE: what we check and why

ONFIVEE Team · 20 Sep 2026 · 1 min read

Why we verify at all

Candidates on this platform hand over a CV, a phone number and sometimes an institution letter. Verification is what stands between that information and anyone who registers with an email address.

What we check

  • The organisation exists and the name matches its registration
  • The contact person is reachable on the number given
  • The website or social presence matches the organisation
  • The opportunity being posted is real work, not a fee-collecting scheme

How long it takes

Normally 1 to 3 working days from the moment your documents arrive. It takes longer when the registration name and the account name do not match, or when the contact number goes unanswered.

What speeds it up

  • Register with an email on your organisation's domain where you have one
  • Upload your certificate of registration or business licence
  • Answer the verification call

What you can do while you wait

  • Complete your organisation profile
  • Draft your job posts and save them
  • Set up the account for whoever will handle applications

Your posts go live once verification completes.

What changes verification later

If you change your organisation's name, type or country afterwards, the account returns to unverified and a reviewer looks again. That is deliberate — otherwise a verified account could quietly become a different organisation.

If verification is refused you will be told why, and you can reply with the missing document. A refusal is usually a missing paper, not a judgement about your organisation.
